Willy T Ribbs "Speed Racer" (color) T-Shirt

William Theodore Ribbs Jr.  is an American race car driver, racing owner who is the first Black man to test a Formula One car in1986. He's also the first African-American to  test in the Indianapolis 500 in 1985 and race in 1991 and 1993.  Retired now, Willy T Ribbs competed in many forms of auto racing having his most success in the Trans-Am Series with 17 wins. Mr. Ribbs had a very strong personality, and didn't take  much from anyone. His strong will and superior self-confidence helpled him to overcome extreme discriminiation and systemic racism throught the industry. With his strong will he was able to pursue his dream under extrame resistence. And, in so doing,  make history and pave the way for furture drivers of color like Bubba Wallace.
